Application and Fees

• Vendor Application Deadline: May 16th, 2025
• Booth Fee (For Food Vendors): $100
• Booth Fee (For Craft/Art/Merchandise): $75
• Booth Fee (Non-Merchandise): $50
• Beverage Vendors: Free Entry — Required to give samples to everyone with punch card (8 samples per person)
  • Sampling glasses provided by Allenberry
  • Ice provided by Allenberry
  • Sale of merchandise (apparel, toppers, openers, etc) is allowed
  • 2 event passes per beverage vendor
  • Businesses participating under their limited license may sell tastings and products by the glass. Vendors must provide their own plastic glassware for glass sales.
  • Please list the specific styles of alcohol you are offering (e.g., IPA, Lager, Pinot Grigio, Sweet Wine, etc)
• Payment Terms: 100% due upon application submission
