Join us as a vendor for Allenberry's inaugural Fall Festival along the scenic Yellow Breeches Creek! Showcase your business to both local residents and resort guests in Pennsylvania's beautiful Cumberland Valley.

Vendor Registration Fees:

  • Food Vendors: $100
  • Craft/Art/Merchandise Vendors: $100
  • Non-Merchandise Vendors: $50
  • Payment: 100% due upon application submission

What's Included:

  • Standard 10x10 ft booth space
  • Designated vendor parking
  • Ice provided for beverage vendors
  • Marketing support through resort's website and social media
  • Access to festival attendees from 10 AM - 3 PM

Key Details:

  • Application Deadline: Friday, September 5th, 2025
  • Setup: 8-10 AM (Food trucks: 9-10 AM)
  • Festival Hours: 10 AM - 3 PM
  • Teardown: 3:00 PM
  • Rain or shine event - no refunds

Requirements:

  • Vendors provide own tents, tables, chairs, and equipment
  • All necessary permits and licenses required
  • Food vendors must have certifications and fire extinguisher
